Benidorm Theme Parks
Visit Terramitica which is a largest amusement park on the Costa Blanca. It is recommended that you get there early so you have the whole day to see & experience the carousels, roller coaster & the many shows & other funny things which may be seen & done in this park.
Benidorm also offers Terra Natura which is the newest park & situated near Terra Mitica. The park is built like a minature world with many continents & lands. Here you can experience over 1500 animals a number of which are listed as endangered species & some are very rare. You can swim with the sharks or the stingrays, also plunge down over 700 meters of winding slides, glide over the elephant grassland on a 400 meter zip wire, or just take a stroll through the park & enjoy the food from many different continents.
Mundomar
Mundomar is also in Benidorm, you catch a dolphin show & also see most of the oceans colourful residents. You can also swim with the dolphins.
There is also a lot of bird life to be seen as well as a parrot show.
Aqualandia
Aqualandia is also based in Benidorm. There are water slides & jumps, sea lions & much more.
Water Parks
There is a beautiful water park just outside Torrevieja, towards Carrefour. The park has slides, various pools & gardens.
There is a park for the young children further down the road near San Luis. The third park is based in Rojales which is just through Ciudad Quesada. All parks are open through the summer season ONLY which is normally from the middle of June through to the middle of September.
Elche
The Rio Safari Park is in Elche just 4kms from Santa Pola on the CV-865. You can experience many different types of animals,
including lions, tigers, hippos,panthers, monkeys, giraffes, crocodiles, birds & dolphins. There are also swimming pools & water slides. There are different animal shows & it is also possible for children to ride a pony or camel.
Elche also offers many shoe factories where you can purchase foot wear at rock bottom prices. There is also a Palm Grove, there are reported to be more than 300,000 palm trees in Elche.
Guadalest
Guadalest is a nice place to visit & is situated at the top of the mountains that you can see from Benidorm. It is the third most visited tourist attraction in Spain, and offers you great views as well as giving you the chance to visit small shops & museums. For the ladies there is a large Lladro shop & a Nao shop.
The Ozone
The Ozone is situated just outside Torrevieja near Carrefours, it offers Tenpin bowling, darts, amusement arcade & there is also a cinema which screens some films in English via a head set.
For the gambler in you there is a Casino & for the shopaholics there is the Haberneras centre just accross the road. There are also numerous food outlets in the area.

There is a Go Kart track located in Playa Flamenca which opens all day & most of the evening.
